Vertigo & Headaches

Vertigo (dizziness) has several causes, and one of them has to do with your inner ear. If you have an increase in dizziness when you roll over in bed, pick something up from the ground, or turn your head it could be from Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo or BPPV for short. Physical Therapy is very effective at treating BPPV.

Headaches that start at the back of your head and circle around your ears towards your forehead are often caused by muscle guarding or tightness in the back of your head. Proper treatment for the cause of these headaches can help reduce the need for pain medications.
